progress at the creditors' meetings

On Tuesday, 23 July 2013, creditors' meetings were
held regarding the bonds for Carpevigo Renewable Energy AG (CRE)
based in Liechtenstein. The legal majorities required for the
moratorium proposed by the Board of Directors came about in all
three meetings. The resolutions which were passed require the
approval of the Vaduz Regional Court to be effective. [...]
